SUNRISE – Two women are facing prostitution charges after undercover investigators accused them of offering more than backrubs at a pair of Sunrise massage parlors.
Sandra Garcia, 36, who worked out of the “Garden of Paradise” at 3854 North University Drive, and Wendy Duarte, 26, who worked out of “Natural Healers” at 2500 North University Drive, were each accused of the unlicensed practice of health care for offering massages without a license.
Undercover Sunrise police detectives arrested them after receiving massages on July 16. The women are criminally charged with making “an overt offer to perform a sex act with the detectives,” according to the Florida Department of Health’s Unlicensed Activity Unit, which teamed with the police in the investigation.

… If it’s a young, middle-aged woman, I know what’s coming,” said Pautsch.
Pautsch writes down the complaints and forwards them to an officer. On Friday, a code enforcement staffer was sent to take pictures of the sculptures.
“We are not the censor,” said Kurt Eismann, director of code enforcement. “We don’t police or censor. We just want to make sure it makes the unified land development code.”
The code doesn’t have a chapter on nude sculptures but in the last few years there have been successful attempts by the some people to cover up naked statues. Even at T’s Lounge, a gentleman’s club in West Palm Beach that advertises “full nude,” a naked male sculpture was forced to wear a fig leaf after complaints surfaced. The fig leaf, though, is removable so customers can take a peek if they’d like.

Convicted sex offender billionaire Jeffrey Epstein is out of jail, and back home in his Palm Beach mansion.
Epstein avoided our cameras Wednesday morning as he was released from the Palm Beach County Jail. He left out a door where most people do not exit when leaving the facility. Then a black car whisked Epstein away.
Last year Epstein took a plea deal for soliciting an underage girl for prostitution. Epstein got a jail sentence of a year and a half, but served just more than a year. And most of the year, he was on work release– meaning he was able to leave the jail under guard for 16 hours a day.
Wednesday afternoon we spoke with a lawyer representing one of the 15 young women now suing Epstein. Palm Beach Gardens attorney Spencer Kuvin says his client was 15 years old when she was recruited for a sexual encounter with Epstein.

Page2Live’s Jose Lambiet reports this morning that jail records indicate that Epstein was visited on more than 70 occasions by Nadia Marcinkova, a woman who was at the center of Epstein’s prostitution case in 2007. Marcinkova, who has described herself as a real estate broker in the past, served as Epstein’s “assistant,” helped wrangle underage girls for the billionaire, and even took part in the sex play herself, according to testimony given the Palm Beach police. And she may have also been a victim herself, since Epstein reportedly bragged to friends and associates that he’d “purchased her from her family in Yugoslavia” and “brought her into the United States to be his Yugoslavian sex slave.”
Marcinkova wasn’t the only person connected to Epstein’s prostitution case to visit him behind bars. Sarah Kellen, who also allegedly helped procure girls for the money manager, stopped by on a few occasions. As did a handful of shady characters, including one Igor Zinoviev, “a Russian extreme fighter,” and Jean-Luc Brunel, who co-owns a modeling agency in Miami and has been accused of abusing underage models in the past, according to Lambiet.

Friends
Billionaire convicted sex offender Jeffery Epstein is now a free man. He did his 12 months for hiring underage prostitutes, and left jail this morning. So who visited Epstein in jail? His alleged “sex slave,” an “extreme fighter,” and more!
Page2Live.com pulled the billionaire money manager and massage fanatic’s visitors list. He was hardly lonely. Among Epstein’s visitors:
Nadia Marcinkova—a former realtor who allegedly put on lesbian sex shows with underage girls for Epstein’s pleasure. One girl said of Marcinkova: “Epstein had purchased her from her family in Yugoslavia. Epstein bragged he brought her into the United States to be his Yugoslavian sex slave.” She reportedly visited Epstein in jail 67 times. Sarah Kellen—Epstein’s former assistant, who allegedly helped him with the logistics of his massages, etc. from underage girls. Igor Zinoviev—”a Russian extreme fighter whose address in New York City, 301 East 66th Street, is the same as Epstein’s.”

Palm Beach billionaire Jeffrey Epstein left the Palm Beach County jail just before dawn today, after serving 13 months of his 18-month sentence for soliciting prostitution.
There are still mysteries around the money manager’s sexual habits but perhaps not enough people are asking the question: is Epstein running a Ponzi scheme?
This 2002 New York magazine piece on Epstein raises several red flags. It tells us that Epstein got his start in finance when he was hired by Ace Greenberg to work at Bear Stearns. A few years later, he launched his own money management firm, J. Epstein & Co. As with many private managers, his client list is kept secret, although there are rumors (and denials) that David Rockefeller and Linda Wachner had money with Epstein. His only confirmed client is Leslie Wexner, the founder of clothing chain The Limited. This kind of secrecy and exclusivity, viewed in the light of Bernie Madoff, is at the very least suspicious.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. –
New York billionaire Jeffrey Epstein has been released from jail after serving less than 13 months of his 18-month sentence for soliciting prostitution from underage girls in South Florida.
The 56-year-old money manager left jail Wednesday. He pleaded guilty last year in Palm Beach County. He was arrested in 2006 on charges that he paid several underage girls for naked massages at his Palm Beach home that sometimes became sexual.
Epstein had been in a work-release program at the jail, freed for part each day to work at a nonprofit organization.
He now has to register as a sex offender.
The billionaire also faces civil lawsuits from girls who claim to be victims.
Epstein’s attorney says his client will fight the claims. He says there were “never any victims.”

Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein released from Palm Beach County jail
WEST PALM BEACH – Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein was released from the Palm Beach County jail this morning after serving 13 months for soliciting erotic massages and sexual acts from underage girls.
The part-time Palm Beacher was released from jail between 6 and 6:30 a.m. and picked up by his attorney, Jack Goldberger. Goldberger says Epstein is very happy his jail sentence is over and he’s ready to begin a new chapter.
Epstein pleaded guilty in state court last year to felony solicitation of prostitution and procuring teenagers for prostitution.
Goldberger says he believes Epstein has been able to digest what happened over the last year and has used his time behind bars to grow.
Epstein ended up serving 13-months of an 18-month sentence. Epstein will now serve a year of house arrest and register as a life-long sex offender.
