Two men were shot early Friday morning outside Gold Finger Gentlemen’s Club in Riviera Beach following an argument in the parking lot, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said.
Ricardo Dumas, 26, of West Palm Beach, was shot several times and was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center after the 3:20 a.m. shooting. His injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
Himberson Altidor, 29, of Riviera Beach, was shot once in the left calf. He was treated and released from St. Mary’s Medical Center. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 458-TIPS.

Gunfire Erupts Outside Gentlemen’s Club
2 Wounded In Parking Lot Shooting

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting at a gentlemen’s club overnight.
Deputies said at least 40 rounds of gunshots were fired in the parking lot of Goldfinger Palm Beach.
Two people were wounded and taken by their friends to the hospital.
Investigators are now looking into whether there were anymore victims.
Several vehicles were also struck and taken into evidence.
Deputies didn’t say if any arrests were made.

Wei points out that, in 2005, Sports Illustrated and another publication were rumored to be looking into “an explosive story” concerning another top golfer: Phil Mickelson.

MIAMI (ICE) – Donald Mathias, of Davie, Florida, pleaded guilty today to engaging in sex tourism in the Philippines following an investigation led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Mathias, 64, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge William P. Dimitrouleas in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., to four counts of traveling in foreign commerce and engaging in illicit sexual conduct. He was indicted on those charges on Oct. 27.
“Sexual predators cannot hide from ICE simply by traveling across borders to exploit, violate, and abuse children,” said Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for ICE John Morton. “Working closely with our partners overseas, we will continue to identify people who travel for illicit purposes, and we will pursue justice for abused children no matter where they live.”
As part of his plea agreement, Mathias admitted that from 2005 until December 2008, he communicated and arranged with the mother of two minor females located in the Philippines to travel to the Philippines and engage in sexual conduct with the minors.
