For the elder Tundidor, legal troubles are nothing new. State and federal court records reveal numerous judgments against him for money owed and contracts broken; four evictions since 1995; three bankruptcies since 1989; three divorces since 1991 (one filed by his wife on Valentine’s Day); and dropped charges in a 1990s murder-for-hire plot that resulted in his being shot and nearly killed.
“Mr. Tundidor is a truly unique individual,” said Alvin Entin, a Fort Lauderdale defense attorney who once represented Bentsy Muram, a former associate of Tundidor Sr.
How unique? Tundidor lied to detectives in what everyone thought was a dying declaration after he was shot multiple times in the chest in October 1993, Entin recalled.
That lie had to do with Muram, a South Florida brake shop franchisee convicted in 1997 of the murder of a former tenant. Muram had allegedly hired Tundidor to carry out the killing, then tried to murder Tundidor for good measure. Muram was found guilty; charges against Tundidor were dropped when the witness against him, a prostitute, disappeared.

It would take a legal scholar to fully explore the relationship between the Supreme Court Associate Justice John Paul Stevens, who announced his retirement on Friday, and New York City. But a quick review of the record shows that he had at least one extraordinary connection to one of New York’s enduring industries: the adult entertainment business.
In 1998, the court was asked to review the constitutionality of the drive to crack down on adult clubs and shops by the administration of the mayor at the time, Rudolph W. Giuliani. The industry’s lawyers asked the court to delay the enforcement efforts while the justices considered the case. Justice Stevens granted a legal stay.
The strip club Scores was so grateful that it renamed its Champagne Room the John Paul Stevens Room.

Go Johnny, it’s ya birthday! Retiring Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens has a champagne room in a strip club in New York named after him, but not for the reason you might think.
Justice Stevens granted a key legal stay in a case reviewing the constitutionality of New York City’s efforts to crack down on sex shops, strip clubs, and adult cinemas during the 1990s.
Local adult establishments had argued that banning strip clubs infringed on the First Amendment rights of dancers. Scores, a well-known strip club in New York, renamed its Champagne Room the John Paul Stevens Room as a way of thanking the Justice for his legal maneuvers.

… Joe the landlord f—ed with me. He f—ed with the wrong one, and wants to put us on the streets,” his father told him, according to the affidavit.
Randy Tundidor Sr. also told his son where he had hidden two laptops stolen from the Morrisseys.
Friday, Shawn Tundidor went to police and told them his father had confessed to him. Tundidor Sr., 43, was arrested and charged with the same charges as his older son.
This is not the first time Tundidor Sr. has been charged with murder: in the early 1990s, he was accused of playing a part in a bizarre murder-for-hire scheme that eventually turned against him.
Tundidor was accused of joining his then-boss in a murder-for-hire scheme for insurance money. His boss then turned against him, shooting Tundidor Sr. several times.
The charges against Tundidor Sr. were dropped when a witness, a prostitute who said she witnessed the killing, could not be found.

Conservative savior Sarah Palin swooped into liberal Massachusetts yesterday for a rally on the Boston Common. There were lots of old white people, some stupid signs, and a bunch of boring speeches. We mingled. Here’s what we saw.
If one theme stood out through the day — besides taxes and health care and hating the president and a Harry Reid obsession — it would be everyone going out of their way to say that they are, in fact, not racists. And Tea Party “volunteers” were out in force to make sure the big time wackos stayed out of the sight of cameras. The pimp sign below caused a minor scuffle between its owner, Steve from Woburn, and a Tea Party flack in a suit who tried to wrestle it away from his Freedom Grip. Steve won.

The rally, held in Washington, D.C. last November, was “hosted” by Reps Michele Bachmann (MN), Tom Price (GA), Todd Akin (MO) and Steve King (IA). The reps split the bill of $13,600 (for a private company to arrange staging and a sound system).
The representatives used their official congressional member allowances to do so. While certainly unseemly for an anti-spending movement, it reportedly falls within the lines of the use of their budgets. Stan Brand, a former general counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives.said:
“Unless it’s billed as a campaign event, or campaign donations are solicited, or there’s a concerted program of endorsements for candidates based on party affiliation, I don’t think that they ran into any issues.”
However, this isn’t the only unseemly spending by the GOP brought to light of late. In late March, a GOP staffer was fired after a nearly $2,000 visit to a strip club.

… I’ve got 15 grandkids and I want them to inherit an America that’s every bit as good as ours. The congress has turned into a bunch of spendaholics. We’ve got to make a change,” he said.
Shaw wasn’t on the program, but when organizers spotted the former congressman, they used him to introduce Allen West, the Republican candidate who’s trying to unseat U.S. Rep. Ron Klein — who defeated Shaw in 2006.
West and conservative radio talk show host Joyce Kaufman spoke in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. She has no use for politicians, like Klein, who weren’t at the tea party events. “Vote out the losers who are not here today — every one of them,” Kaufman advised.
Besides politicians and average citizens, the West Palm Beach tea party featured a conservative celebrity: Hannah Giles, the woman who posed as a prostitute to uncover unsavory activities in the liberal group ACORN, which ultimately helped lead to the group’s near collapse.

Easton said he was fed up with “people ignorantly throwing terms like communism, socialism, Marxism, fascism that they don’t know and they can’t define.”
“It’s a ridiculous movement,” Easton said as he was surrounded by supporters of the movement.
Tea Party activists are especially sensitive to any claim from their critics that they harbor racist thoughts. Activists adamantly state they oppose President Barack Obama’s policies – not his race – although Tea Party protesters have often carried signs and shouted slogans that could be interpreted as racist.
Some Tea Party leaders have said such signs stoke a negative stereotype against the movement, but others – including New York Tea Party gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino – have forwarded e-mails depicting Obama and the first lady as an 80s-era pimp and prostitute and a video of an African tribal dance entitled “Obama Inaugural Rehearsal.”

He does have one or two ideas of merit such as taking responsibility rather than suing others, and that politicians shouldn’t make life-long careers of public service, but most of his ideas are thoroughly Leftist rot:
Doing drugs, prostitution, killing yourself: have at it!Everyone should be able to get married: two men, two women, three women and a man, dogs and cats, owls and gazelles: have at itEveryone should be provided with “free” health care, even if the government has to rob you and your neighbor to supply itKeep Christian moral influence out of our government which was founded by Christians for a Christian nation based on Christian principles; instead, govern our nation based on transient, amoral principles of convenienceWe must attack all evil countries or none at all especially if they weren’t involved in 911Allow any and all types of bilge to be broadcast on television
