Stripper Strips Customer of Cash at Gunpoint
Depraved dirty dancer robs patron in West Palm Beach
Updated 9:15 AM EDT, Wed, May 19, 2010
As if the table dances didn’t already cost an arm and a leg, one West Palm Beach stripper has found a new way of pilfering patrons’ pockets: robbing them at gunpoint.
Flashdance stripper Bridget McAllister, 25, was arrested Saturday after she and her boyfriend held up a customer, taking his phone, keys and $250, according to the Palm Beach Post.
The incident happened Thursday, after a night at the club at Purdy Lane and Military Trail.
According to police, McAllister told the unidentified 44-year-old customer that she was on the verge of getting kicked out of her motel and needed money.
The customer said he couldn’t give her money but offered her a ride home. Instead of going home, McAllister led the man to an alley, where Rojas was waiting with a gun.

Palm Beach Escorts: Victims’ lawyers: Billionaire Palm Beach sex offender owes $2M

May 18th, 2010 by palmbeachhobbyist

One of the firm’s top lawyers, Robert Josefsburg, was appointed by federal prosecutors to represent 12 victims who filed civil lawsuits against Epstein. Under the deal Epstein signed with prosecutors in 2007, he would avoid federal charges and potentially lengthy prison sentences as long as he abided by several conditions — including paying fees for lawyers representing victims.
His failure to pay, according to the lawsuit, is a “material breach” of that agreement that could open the door to federal criminal prosecution, according to the suit.
An attorney for Epstein did not immediately respond to an e-mail seeking comment and the Miami U.S. attorney’s office — which signed the agreement with Epstein — declined comment.
Epstein, a 57-year-old investor, pleaded guilty in Palm Beach County in 2008 to two state prostitution counts and was designated a sex offender. He was sentenced to 18 months in jail followed by a year of house arrest, which he is currently serving at his $6.8 million Palm Beach residence.

Palm Beach Adult Entertainment: Florida’s doctor, medical provider discipline system not tough enough, critics say

May 17th, 2010 by adultpalmbeach

Dezolt said he sent the state his medical file and X-rays showing the absence of the screws. He heard nothing more than form letters until he got a letter in January saying the case was dismissed, with no explanation. The state has a policy of not explaining why confidential cases are dropped.
“He screwed up my hip. I can’t walk right,” Dezolt said. “They’re not going to do anything to this doctor. It’s like they’re calling me a liar.”
Gee said she could not comment on dismissed cases.
Critics also complain that even when practitioners get arrested for serious felonies or have a track record of disciplinary action, the state sometimes lets them keep their licenses while the case is pending. Some examples:
Dr. Stuart F. Tillman, a Tallahassee anesthesiologist arrested in July and charged with soliciting sex online from a police officer posing as a girl of 14.

Palm Beach Escorts: Suspect accused of killing woman over drugs, money last year in Fort Lauderdale

May 14th, 2010 by palmbeachhobbyist

Police have arrested a man they say killed a woman last year after he suspected her of drugging him and stealing his money and drugs.
Demetrius White, 27, was arrested Thursday on a charge of first-degree murder in the death of Lucie Sinkow, 30, whose body was found inside a Fort Lauderdale house in July.
The case remained unsolved for months.
But police investigated and ultimately took White into custody. He appeared in magistrate court Friday morning, where Broward County Judge John “Jay” Hurley read aloud to White the details of his arrest.
The arrest report “says you met Sinkow, and the court can gather from reading the police report that she was involved in prostitution,” Hurley said. “Allegedly, she drugged you and took your money and your drugs.
“And then you allegedly found out she had done this and murdered her and then you went to a friend’s house. You had blood on your shirt, you asked to take a shower and told your friend what had happened to a certain extent.

Palm Beach Escorts: Gov. Crist adds to hate crimes legislation

May 12th, 2010 by palmbeachhobbyist

Hate crime legislation may make the “let’s all get along” people feel better because they think they’re going to force an end to hatred and bigotry that way. But adding penalties to crimes only because the criminal is a bigot reduces nothing of the effects of the crime and only serves to create special classes of people. And it may have the backlash effect of making certain groups feel their views are being made illegal, as in ”thought crimes.”
Now, it’s time for atheists to demand non-religion or atheism be added to the list. Women ought to be up in arms. Speaking of women, prostitutes are often targeted. And children, rise up and be protected, because clearly the judicial system doesn’t work when crime is treated as crime no matter what the perpetrator felt at the time.

Palm Beach Strip Clubs: Man charged in $700000 scam of Wellington investor

May 12th, 2010 by palmbeach-stripper

The alleged deals, according to the affidavit:
• Lakeside Villas apartments near Palm Beach International Airport. The man later was told the deal had fallen through. But, he said, he later learned it was dead even before he invested.
• Broadway Place Apartments, Myrtle Beach, S.C. The complex, built in 1998, was on the block for $5.5 million. The man was to earn $154,325. As Katz stalled, the man said he grew more suspicious and eventually contacted the owner, only to learn the deal never went through.
• La Peak and Taft Circle Apartments, Houston. The alleged victim said that deal fell through as well. A former assistant told detectives that on one of the Texas trips, ostensibly to look at the properties, the two went to a strip club instead.
