March 24th, 2011 by palmbeachhobbyist

LOXAHATCHEE — Due to some “smoldering clouds” and “flare-ups,” Palm Beach County Fire Rescue returned Tuesday morning to the scene of a brush fire that spread over about 50 acres Monday night. Fire Rescue Chief Steve Delai said the flare-ups did not spread beyond the containment area. At about 4:30 p.m. Monday, crews were dispatched to the area at 180th Avenue North and 33rd Road North. Fire rescue and state Division of Forestry crews fought the brush fire for about seven hours.
COURTS
Court papers filed Monday allege the U.S. Attorney’s Office violated the Crime Victims’ Rights Act by signing a nonprosecution agreement with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein without notifying his victims. Attorneys representing Jane Doe No. 1 and Jane Doe No. 2 accused the U.S. Attorney’s Office of misleading the victims by telling them in 2008 that the investigation was ongoing, while concealing they had already signed a deal with Epstein, 58. If the deal were invalidated, it could open up the Palm Beach billionaire to a slew of federal charges set aside by the deal. Epstein got an 18-month sentence for soliciting a minor for prostitution and soliciting prostitution.

Palm Beach Strip Clubs: Fortunetellers may win right to previously banned districts

March 18th, 2011 by palmbeach-stripper

Fortunetellers may win right to previously banned districts
Fortunetellers, pet hotels, churches and consignment shops could soon be allowed in Pompano Beach’s general business districts after city commissioners voted to approve a new ordinance during a first reading of the law recently.
The change came about in response to a lawsuit the city is facing filed by the owner of a fortunetelling business who wants to open a shop in the city’s B-3, or general business districts.
Previously, the city had amended its law to allow fortunetellers to operate in light-medium industrial areas, where businesses such as strip clubs can now operate legally.
City leaders, however, were initially reluctant to give their stamp of approval on allowing such businesses in the general zoned districts.
“I still don’t like fortunetellers. I don’t like fortunetellers in B-3,” said Commissioner Rex Hardin, who nonetheless voted in favor of the new ordinance.

Palm Beach Escorts: Lite fare: Toasting the gods

March 18th, 2011 by palmbeachhobbyist

Sam Ingram coached men’s swimming at Colgate University in 1936 when he took his team south to Fort Lauderdale, Fla. to train at the first Olympic-size swimming pool in the state. Two years later, banking on what it thought could be a revenue generator, the city hosted the first College Coaches’ Swim Forum, which drew hundreds of college swimmers to the city. Soon enough, the tradition was born and every year more and more students would make the journey south.
That said, popular culture certainly helped elevate spring break to great heights. First came the 1961 film Where the Boys Are. Set in Fort Lauderdale and starring the young but just as crispy George Hamilton, the film centered around college students finding love while on vacation. In the 1980s came the originally-titled film Spring Break starring Tom Cruise and Shelley Long. And not long after that came Girls Gone Wild, whose creator, Joe Francis, has since been found guilty of child abuse and prostitution.

Palm Beach Strip Clubs: Woman says her 15 foot ‘dancing pole’ was stripped from Palm City home

March 17th, 2011 by palmbeach-stripper

The woman told a Martin County Sheriff’s deputy March 12 she was living with her “now ex-boyfriend” on Southwest 34th Street in Palm City, a recently released sheriff’s report states. She said they broke up that day and she moved out.
“The victim advised that she was working from (1 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and when she returned to get her belongings, her 15 foot X Pole Expert dancing pole was missing from the residence,” the report states.
She said the ex-boyfriend told her he went to the store during the time she was at work and that someone entered the home and absconded with the dancing pole, which the report lists as having accessories.
Generally speaking, pole dancing involves a sensual dance in the context of a pole, a practice often employed by exotic dancers at strip clubs. While advanced pole dancing necessitates elevated levels of strength, stamina and flexibility, in the gentlemen’s club setting the practice is in many cases combined with a striptease or related adult activities.

Palm Beach Adult Entertainment: Prince faces new questions over US paedophile

March 10th, 2011 by adultpalmbeach

The flight logs also show that in May 2000 the duke flew with Epstein in his Gulfstream as a guest. Epstein has been accused of abusing several young girls. The duke is known to have stayed at Epstein’s mansion in Palm Beach. There is no suggestion that the duke had sexual contact with any of the girls.
In April 1998, an entry in the flight log shows that Epstein flew to Nassau in the Bahamas where he met the Duchess of York and her daughters, the Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who were then aged nine and eight.
The log states: “Met Princess Sarah Ferguson and kids on the ground.” The duchess’s name also crops up in notepads seized from Epstein’s house.
Epstein, who was jailed for 18 months in 2008 after admitting soliciting an under-age girl for prostitution, is alleged to have used his fleet of private aircraft to traffic under-age girls around the world for illegal sex.

Palm Beach Escorts: Pair accused of morning sex act in car at Pompano Beach park

March 9th, 2011 by palmbeachhobbyist

The “weird” incident appeared to be an isolated one that was “dealt with appropriately,” said Sandra King, spokeswoman for the city of Pompano Beach. “I cannot say we’ve had a similar incident.”
According to the Sheriff’s Office:
Lebowitz and Bakely were engaged in the sex act in Lebowitz’s car, which had clear windows and its sunroof open, at about 8:30 a.m. in the parking lot outside the city’s aquatic center, at 820 NE 18th Ave.
Near them were lifeguards coaching a swim team, as well as joggers and tennis players enjoying the park. A female passer-by saw the pair’s sex act and alerted a lifeguard. Deputies arrived soon after.
Several substances and drug paraphernalia were found inside the car. The substances are being tested to determine whether they’re illegal drugs.
Lebowitz told deputies that Bakely was a prostitute, but said “they were just fooling around” because he had recently done her laundry.

March 9th, 2011 by adultpalmbeach

An officer on patrol in the 900 block of Eighth Street at 9:39 a.m. saw a man loitering on property that was posted with a “no trespassing” sign. The officer asked if he was in possession of weapons or drugs. The man replied, “I got a little bag of weed in my pocket.” He handed over a plastic bag containing 1.5 grams of marijuana. He was arrested and given a notice to appear in court.
PROSTITUTION
A woman flagging down cars in the 300 block of Macy Street around 6 p.m. caught the eye of an officer on surveillance duty. When a car pulled over and picked up the woman, the officer followed. The motorist drove to an alleyway in the 6500 block of South Dixie Highway and parked. The officer approached the vehicle and observed the driver and woman engaged in a sexual activity. Palm Beach Adult Entertainment: Prince Andrew named in sex quiz but billionaire pervert’s girl aides refuse to …

March 7th, 2011 by adultpalmbeach

It is understood that Andrew has never been contacted by the FBI or Scotland Yard and asked to give a statement in relation to Epstein.
A Buckingham Palace source said yesterday: ‘We are not aware of any investigation, but if there were we would respond appropriately at that time.’
Details of the extraordinary child-sex quiz emerged in a dossier of sworn statements held by lawyers in West Palm Beach acting for some of the 14 girls who have lodged compensation claims against Epstein.
Also named as a child abuser in the documents is Prince Andrew’s close friend Ghislaine Maxwell, socialite daughter of disgraced publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell.
Miss Kellen and Miss Marcinkova, both in their 20s, were given immunity from prosecution in the controversial deal fixed by Epstein when he was jailed for 18 months for soliciting prostitution from under-age girls.

Palm Beach Adult Entertainment: Jeffrey Epstein: profile

March 7th, 2011 by adultpalmbeach

He had known the Duke of York since 2000, staying at Sandringham and even attending the Queen’s birthday party at Windsor Castle. But behind the gates of his £35 million mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, Epstein was far from the façade of respectability he presented to the outside world.
His disgrace began in March 2005, when the mother of a 14-year-old girl contacted Palm Beach police alleging her daughter had been sexually molested.
When detectives questioned the girl, she told them a friend had invited her to a man’s house to perform a massage. She said she was paid $300 (£150) to strip and massage the man, whom she identified as Epstein, while he performed a sex act.
After an FBI investigation, Epstein was jailed for 18 months in 2008 after admitting to the encounter. In a deal with prosecutors, he admitted two charges of soliciting a minor for prostitution.
