White broke up six months ago with his girlfriend of about 4 years and told police that was the impetus for him to start picking up prostitutes and pummeling them with his fists. The two went to a parking lot on the 2600 block of Webb Avenue, where White demanded the woman take off her pants. She refused and he beat and choked her. She recalled a storm of punches and kicks to the face. She retreated underneath a truck and White eventually left.

White is being held in Palm Beach County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail. Police are looking for additional victims to come forward. They do not need to be concerned about any criminal charges for prostitution, investigators said.
