July 29th, 2010 by palmbeachhobbyistRoyal Palm Beach: While on patrol in the 400 block of La Mancha Avenue, a deputy was approached by a man who found a wallet and wanted to turn it in. The deputy asked the man for identification. A records search showed there were three outstanding traffic warrants for the man’s arrest for failure to appear in court. He was arrested.
Not missing, busted
Delray Beach: A woman came to the station at 9:30 p.m. to report that her husband had left work around 3 p.m. but no one had seen him since. While she was completing the report, she received a collect call from her husband saying that he was in detention. Apparently, he was arrested for soliciting prostitution in Boynton Beach on his way home. The missing person notice was cancelled.
